Shipping policy

1. Delivery Areas

We currently ship to the USA, all EU countries, the UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, ensuring you can enjoy The Curve Code wherever you are.

If your delivery address is outside these countries, we unfortunately cannot process your order.


2. Processing Times

Orders are usually processed within 5–7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with your tracking number.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

All orders are shipped with a standard shipping provider including tracking.

Please note that in some cases, delays may occur (e.g., due to local holidays, customs processing, or shipping carrier delays).


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery country.
Free standard shipping may be offered for certain orders during special promotions.


5. Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
If you do not receive shipping information within 3 business days after placing your order, please contact us 


6. Customs and Import Fees (Switzerland Only)

For deliveries to Switzerland, additional customs duties, import taxes, or processing fees may apply.
These costs are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.


7. Delivery Issues or Delays

If there are any issues with your delivery (e.g., delays or loss), please contact us immediately.
We will contact the shipping provider to resolve the issue.
In the case of incorrect address information or refused acceptance, a re-shipping fee may apply.
